Here is a time line of upcoming events that involve folks interested in the November 1st Harvest Hoedown
- Sunday, October 26 Send home invites for church family to pass out on Halloween
- Sunday, October 26, Continue to sign up to donate food items
- Wednesday October 29, Deadline to bring in donated food
- Thursday, October 30, 2500 flyers go home in local schools
- Saturday, November 1, 2:00pm Outdoor setup
